SEM1200

INTRODUCTION
The SEM1200 is an isolator that provides TWO isolated 4 to 20 ma outputs from a single 4 to 20 ma input. The input and the output loops must each have power supplies. The three power supplies (V1, V2 & V3) must of course be isolated from each other to maintain isolation. The isolator is housed inside a plastic enclosure, suitable for DIN Rail mounting. Screw terminals are provided for wire connections.

V1 and V2 and V3 = Can all be up to 30 VDC each

Input Loop Voltage Drop = 5 Volts Typical

Each Output Voltage Drop = 6 Volts Typical

Note: Load must be >250 ohms for ambient > 122ºF. This will dissipate power in the loop and minimize isolator self heating.
