Model 90.100A Heavy Duty Weighbelt Feeder System is designed for
continuous gravimetric measurement of dry bulk material, blending
systems and batching systems.
The Model 90.100A is ideal for a variety of demanding
industrial applications with flow rates up to 900 tons per hour
and belt loadings up to 300 pounds per foot. This unit is
available in belt widths from 18 to 72 inches and conveyor lengths
7 feet and longer. The Model 90.100A incorporates the highly
respected Series 30, single idler, pivotless weighframe for
accurate measurement of your bulk material.
Cantilevered Frame - Allows an
endless belt to be changed with minimum down time.
Heavy Duty Design - Larger pulleys
and the heavy duty frame make this an ideal feeder for high
rate, heavy-duty applications.
Options - Variable speed of constant speed
motors, and open, partially enclosed, or fully enclosed
construction.
